     摘要：目的探讨人类组织相容性抗原(human leucotyteantigen, HLA)表达缺失与宫颈癌的关系。方法采用SP法检测特异性鼠抗人HLAⅠ类分子单克隆抗体在宫颈癌组织中表达情况。结果62例宫颈癌组织中有42例HLAⅠ抗原呈阳性表达，20例呈阴性表达，阴性率32.3%。HLAⅠ抗原阳性表达组织中CD+3T细胞和CD8+T细胞数量明显多于HLAⅠ抗原阴性表达组织，肿瘤恶性程度及淋巴结转移与HLAⅠ下调有关。结论宫颈癌组织存在HLAⅠ抗原部分缺失，形成免疫逃逸，导致肿瘤细胞的发生、发展、浸润和转移。

    Abstract:ObjectiveResearch to the relation between HLA class 1 downregulation and cervical cancer.MethodsBy immunohistochemistry SP method, specific mouse and human HLA class 1 monoclonal antibody was expressed in 62 samples of cervical cancer. ResultsIn 62 cases,42 cases were positive expression of HLA class 1 antigen and were negative expression of HLA class 1 antigen, negative expression rate was 32.3%. CD+3T cell and CD+8T cell infiltrated in HLA class 1 positive tumor tissue were significant more then those in negative tissue. The malignant degree and lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer was related with HLA class 1 downregulation. ConclusionIn cervical cancer loss of HLA class 1 expression play a decisive role in the escape from immune surveillance leading to a greater appear, infiltration, metastasis of tumor cell. ......
